Who are you?

Hi, my name is Afaf, I am a senior team leader at Webhelp.

I’ve been working here since February of 2021 in Cario Egypt.

What is your role at The Nest?

I’m a senior team leader, I oversee the operations of two startups accounts, one of them is a platform where people can engage in a conversation and make new friends.

The second startup is a company whose main goal is to improve the urban mobility by manufacturing e-bikes for riders.

How do you create the best working environment for your team?

How do I create the best working environment for my team, is just by following an adapted operating model with an accent of flexibility, agility and speed that is required by our startup clients.

We also have, together with my team, an open and transparent communication style that allows them to just tell me anything that’s bothering them or on the contrary, something that is going great.

I always support them when needed and give them the empowerment to just tell me when there’s anything that needs to be changed.

Also, the continuous feedback and development in the team is very important! And the most important is the recognition and appreciation whenever there’s something that’s been done really well, we recognize that and appreciate it.
