These terms of use apply to the website available at thenest.webhelp.com or any URL that may later replace it (hereafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as to any search performed on the said Website, and/or any use of the said Website by the internet user who connects thereto (hereafter referred to as “the User”. Any consultation, display, use or transfer of the Website constitutes full acceptance on the part of the User of the Terms of Use of the Website as set out below.

1.    Intellectual property rights

The Website is owned and operated by Webhelp SAS (hereafter referred to as “Webhelp”), which owns all of the intellectual property rights to the Website, its components and contents, as well as the database producer’s rights, and is responsible for data processing. 5.    Website availability

6.    Content

The User is invited to publish only professional content on the Website with the consent of his/her superiors, on the understanding that (i) any publication on the Website constitutes consent for Webhelp to reproduce and represent said content, including via third parties, and (ii) the User remains, in any event, solely liable for said content.

In any event, the User is solely liable for any content he/she would be able to publish on the Website. 7.    Security

Webhelp strives to ensure the security of the Website in accordance with best practice. In more general terms, the User is responsible for implementing all of common protections (firewall, anti-virus, etc.) related to web browsing. 8.    Applicable law

Any difficulty, claim or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Use will be governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
